Practice alphaAccount and practice records
Clerk provides account sign-in and session verification. The platform stores your user identity, email, name, virtual wallet, bot settings, retained simulation history and support conversations in its database. Signed-in requests are checked by the server before accessing an account. Your account records are not stored in the anonymous browser ledger used by the earlier local version.
Reference prices and providers
The application uses Netlify for hosting, Clerk for authentication and Neon for database storage. Its reference-price API requests public Coinbase Exchange quotes. These providers process the technical and account information needed to operate their services.
Account access and administrative controls
The authorised administrator can inspect practice accounts, demo balances, bots and support conversations. Account freezes, demo-wallet adjustments and global entry controls are recorded with the administrator and reason. Verification codes and session secrets should never be included in support feedback.
Keeping your records
You can export retained practice history from your account. A wallet reset starts a new practice epoch; earlier retained events stay labelled by epoch. Use the account Support page for account-data requests. Support replies appear in your account. This alpha notice describes the current implementation and will be updated as the service develops.
